Prospective Student Weekend is designed for those pursuing a call to ministry or considering seminary (graduate theological education) as preparation for social change work as a pastor, justice leader, chaplain, religious educator, scholar, administrator, or other faith community professional.

The new Poor People's Campaign is dedicated to ending systemic racism, poverty, the war economy, ecological devastation and the nation’s distorted morality, and is co-chaired by Rev. Dr. William Barber and Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis. On April 21st, the new Poor People's Campaign will host an East Bay Mass Meeting at Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church (1188 12th Street, Oakland) from 5pm - 7pm.
